Having something as simple as a comfortable pair of shoes on our feet is often taken for granted. But did you know that thousands of Canadians - adults and children, either go without a decent pair of shoes or have none at all? On October 17th, 2012, all BioPed clinics will be closed for the day. Our Pedorthists and support staff will be spending the day at some 25 shelters across the country where they will personally distribute shoes and socks to those in desperate need.
