As patient care is our top priority, our Centres are specifically designed to deliver high quality products, responsive service and convenience. Each Centre retains full control over the creation of each patient’s orthotics – critical to BioPed’s Circle of Care philosophy.

FOLLOW-UP

After the patient’s orthotics have been dispensed, the Pedorthist will follow a rigourous process of consultations, beginning with completing a detailed, written evaluation to the patient’s referring Physician. In some cases, a verbal follow-up will be conducted.

On a scheduled basis, the patient will receive a reminder call or note requesting a return visit to the BioPed Centre to check on progress and complete any adjustments. The frequency of visits is dependent on the patient’s condition and treatment.
